Campaign reporting cadence

  1. Publish the baseline

State the verified need, campaign goal, decision owners, approved uses and reporting schedule.

  2. Report material activity

Summarize confirmed deliveries, disbursements, obstacles and changes without projecting unverified outcomes.

  3. Reconcile the plan

Compare funds raised and allocated with the approved budget and explain material variances.

  4. Publish supporting evidence

Attach or link consented records that support completed milestones and beneficiary counts.

  5. Explain scope changes

Record who approved the change, why it was required and how donor intent remains protected.

  6. Publish the final report

Reconcile funds, outcomes, unresolved needs and the disposition of any remaining balance.

Fund the plan. Follow the evidence.
